Made properly
Established and definition prints are the most copied typographic gifts there are, and most are a template with the words dropped into boxes. Ours is set by a typesetter that measures every line — the name sized to fit, the year, the names and the meanings wrapped and numbered — in the range's own lettering, papers and backgrounds, with the drawn stems and wreath from our family tree prints as ornaments.
- Established: the year you became a family. The family name across the sheet, the year set large beneath it, everyone's name, where you are, and a line of your own at the foot — a poster, not a card. Three layouts — classic, bold capitals with the year larger still, or an editorial page set to the left — and a hairline rule, a pair of drawn stems or a wreath round it.
- Definition: a word, in your own words. Mum, Grandad, Home, a surname — set as a dictionary entry with how it sounds, its part of speech and up to three numbered meanings you write yourself. The typesetter wraps every meaning to the page and numbers it in the accent, so it reads like the real thing and never like a form.
- Your colours, your paper, your background. Six colourways from ivory to midnight, five kinds of lettering, five papers and a set of painted backgrounds — watercolour blooms, colour dust, frost, snowfall. Everything measured and centred, whether you give two names or nine, one meaning or three.

- Personalised items cannot be returned because you changed your mind. Your statutory rights still apply if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

- If your print arrives damaged, misprinted or not as you approved it, send us a photo and we reprint it free of charge.
