RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This policy applies to purchases from AntiRecreation. All AntiRecreation products are printed or made to order. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
CANCELLATION OF ONLINE ORDERS
For ordinary catalogue products, you may normally cancel an online order without giving a reason from the time the order is placed until 14 days after the goods are delivered. Tell us at chichester.carp@gmail.com within that period, quoting your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
Producing an item only after an order is placed does not by itself make it personalised. Standard AntiRecreation designs ordered using the sizes, colours and formats offered in the store remain ordinary catalogue products. Goods made to your individual specification or clearly personalised may be excluded from the change-of-mind cancellation right; we will make this clear before purchase where it applies.
Items should be returned unused, unwashed and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging. You may handle an item as you would in a shop to establish its nature, characteristics and function. We may reduce a refund if handling beyond that has diminished its value.
Unless an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning it. Please obtain proof of postage.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
You are entitled to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, is incorrect or does not match its description, email chichester.carp@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs where useful. We will provide an appropriate remedy, which may be a replacement, repair, price reduction or refund, and will cover reasonable return costs where a return is required.
CANCELLING BEFORE DISPATCH
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel before dispatch. Production can begin quickly, so we cannot guarantee that it can be stopped. This does not affect any statutory cancellation right that applies to the order.
REFUNDS
Where the online cancellation right applies, we will refund the item price and the least expensive standard delivery charge offered for the order. Additional cost for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable unless the service was not provided as agreed.
Refunds are made to the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. We may withhold the refund until then. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the credit.
EXCEPTIONS
The change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply to clearly personalised goods or sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. These exceptions do not remove your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
