How long will my order take?
Most items are printed to order. The delivery estimate and charge are shown at checkout and include the destination and product selected. Some multi-item orders arrive in separate parcels.
How do I choose a size?
Use the size information shown with the selected garment and compare it with a similar item you already own. If you are between sizes or unsure, contact us before ordering and tell us which product you are considering.
Where can I find returns information?
All AntiRecreation products are made to order. The Return and Refund Policy explains cancellations, returns and what to do if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging where useful. We will arrange an appropriate remedy and your statutory rights are unaffected.
Why might one order arrive in several parcels?
Different products can be made at different facilities or need different packaging. You will not be charged extra solely because an order is split.
