TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms govern purchases from and use of the AntiRecreation online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
ABOUT THE STORE
AntiRecreation sells original satirical clothing, prints and objects online. Customer support is available at chichester.carp@gmail.com and through the contact form at antirecreation.co.uk/pages/contact.
ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must be able to enter a legally binding contract to place an order. You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping account credentials secure.
PRODUCTS
We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Screen settings and manufacturing processes can cause small differences in colour, placement or finish. Dimensions and size information are approximate within normal manufacturing tolerances. These points do not affect your rights where goods are faulty or not as described.
Most products are printed or made to order. This reduces unnecessary stock but can mean that production begins soon after an order is placed.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in the currency selected on the store and include applicable taxes where stated. Delivery charges and the total payable are shown before you submit an order. Payment is processed by Shopify and its payment providers; AntiRecreation does not receive your full card details.
ORDERS
Your order is an offer to buy. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not oblige us to accept the order. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if, for example, an item is unavailable, pricing is clearly wrong, payment cannot be authorised or fraud is suspected. If payment has been taken, it will be refunded. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch, unless we expressly tell you otherwise.
DELIVERY, CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these terms. Where consumer law gives you cancellation, return, repair, replacement or refund rights, those rights apply.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The AntiRecreation name, artwork, designs, writing, photographs and site content are owned by AntiRecreation or used with permission. Buying a product does not transfer any right to reproduce, adapt, distribute or commercially exploit its design. You may use the website for personal shopping and may not scrape, interfere with, misuse or attempt unauthorised access to it.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The store relies on services including Shopify, payment providers, print and fulfilment partners, and delivery carriers. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices.
LIABILITY
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, AntiRecreation is not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of the delay and keep you informed. Your legal rights, including any right to cancel for substantial delay, remain available.
CHANGES AND SEVERABILITY
We may update these terms for legal, operational or service changes. The version in force when you order applies to that purchase. If one part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere in the UK, you also retain the protection of mandatory laws and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law.
