SHIPPING POLICY

AntiRecreation products are generally printed or made to order. This policy explains production, dispatch and delivery.

DELIVERY COSTS AND ESTIMATES
Available delivery services, estimated times and charges are shown at checkout before you place an order. Estimates include both production and transit where the checkout makes that clear. Unless a different period is agreed with you, we aim to deliver within 30 days of accepting your order.

PRODUCTION AND DISPATCH
Production normally begins soon after an order is accepted. Production time varies by product, print method and destination. Weekends and public holidays can extend processing. When an order is dispatched, we will send confirmation and tracking information where the carrier provides it.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Items may be produced at different facilities or require different packaging. An order can therefore arrive in more than one parcel and on different days. You will not be charged extra solely because we split a shipment.

DELIVERY AREAS
The destinations currently available are shown at checkout. We may be unable to deliver particular products to some locations. If we cannot fulfil an order to the address supplied, we will contact you and refund any affected item that cannot be delivered.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For delivery outside the United Kingdom, local import duties, taxes or handling charges may apply unless checkout expressly states they are included. These charges are set by the destination authorities and are normally the customer's responsibility. Delivery may be delayed by customs procedures.

ADDRESS DETAILS
Please check the delivery address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact chichester.carp@gmail.com immediately. We will try to help, but changes may not be possible after production or dispatch. If a parcel is returned because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect, additional redelivery costs may apply.

DELAYS
Carrier dates are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed service. If delivery is materially delayed, contact us. Where the law gives you a right to set a further reasonable deadline or cancel because goods were not delivered on time, that right applies.

LOST, DAMAGED OR MISSING PARCELS
If tracking says delivered but the parcel is missing, check safe places and with household members or neighbours, then contact us. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the outer packaging and the item before discarding anything. Email chichester.carp@gmail.com with your order number and details so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.
