RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This policy applies to AntiRecreation orders delivered to the United States. All AntiRecreation products are printed or made to order. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

CANCELLATION OF ONLINE ORDERS AND OUR 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
For ordinary catalogue products, you may return an order without giving a reason for 30 days after the goods are delivered. Tell us at info@antirecreation.co.uk within that period, quoting your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Nothing in this window limits your rights under local consumer law.

Producing an item only after an order is placed does not by itself make it personalised. Standard AntiRecreation designs ordered using the sizes, colours and formats offered in the store remain ordinary catalogue products. Goods made to your individual specification or clearly personalised may be excluded from the change-of-mind cancellation right; we will make this clear before purchase where it applies.

Items should be returned unused, unwashed and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging. You may handle an item as you would in a shop to establish its nature, characteristics and function. We may reduce a refund if handling beyond that has diminished its value.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning it. Please obtain proof of postage.

Damaged, faulty or wrong?

Arrived damaged, faulty or wrong? Send us your order number and photos where possible. We’ll make it right with a free replacement or refund. Your consumer rights are unaffected.

CANCELLING BEFORE DISPATCH
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel before dispatch. Production can begin quickly, so we cannot guarantee that it can be stopped. This does not affect any statutory cancellation right that applies to the order.

REFUNDS
Where the online cancellation right applies, we will refund the item price and the least expensive standard delivery charge offered for the order. Additional cost for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable unless the service was not provided as agreed.

Refunds are made to the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. We may withhold the refund until then. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the credit.

EXCEPTIONS
The change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply to clearly personalised goods or sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. These exceptions do not remove your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
