The whole recording is read, the silence trimmed, the loudest moment scaled to the full height and every bar drawn as vector — crisp at 60 x 90 cm — in four styles, with the words set in the range's lettering on its papers and backgrounds. And it never hears your voice on our side: the audio stays on your device.

  • Read on your device. Never uploaded. Your browser decodes the recording itself and keeps only the wave — a few hundred numbers — which the print is drawn from. The audio never leaves your phone or computer, and nothing of it is stored.

If your print arrives damaged, misprinted or not as you approved it, send us a photo and we reprint it free of charge.

Personalised items cannot be returned because you changed your mind. Your statutory rights still apply if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Questions

What kind of file can I use?
Anything your phone's voice recorder makes — m4a, mp3, wav, ogg, webm — up to ten minutes. A voicemail saved from your phone, a video's sound, a WhatsApp voice note exported to a file all work. If the browser cannot read it, convert it to mp3 and try again.
Do I have to type the words?
No. Leave them blank and the wave stands alone, or with just who and when. We do not transcribe the recording — the words are yours to write.
Can I change it later?
Yes. Keep the link to your design and open it again — a new colour, a new line — and order another. The wave is kept with the design, so you will not need the recording again. The share link carries the whole design, so it keeps working; an unfinished design saved at the basket is kept for 90 days, and a bought print's approved artwork is kept for reorders.
