How long will my order take?

Most items are printed to order. Check the estimated arrival on the product page and in your basket for your selected destination. The final delivery charge is shown at checkout. Some multi-item orders arrive in separate parcels.

How do I choose a size?

Use the size information shown with the selected garment and compare it with a similar item you already own. If you are between sizes or unsure, contact us before ordering and tell us which product you are considering.

Where can I find returns information?

All AntiRecreation products are made to order. The Return and Refund Policy explains cancellations, returns and what to do if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

What if something arrives damaged or wrong?

Email us with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging where useful. We will arrange an appropriate remedy and your statutory rights are unaffected.

Why might one order arrive in several parcels?

Different products can be made at different facilities or need different packaging. You will not be charged extra solely because an order is split.

After you order

No order email?

Look in your spam or promotions folder for AntiRecreation. The email comes from hello@antirecreation.co.uk. Not there? Get a new link and we send it again straight away.

Changing the design

If you made the design here, you can change it for two hours after you order. Printing waits for those two hours. Use the private link in your order email. Lost it? Get a new link. After two hours your order goes to print and the design is fixed.

Wrong address, or need to cancel

Personalised design orders: the same private link offers "Pause this order, I need help" during the two hours. A pause stops printing until we reply and release it. You get one pause per order, and we confirm it by email. Use it for a wrong address, to cancel, or for anything else.

Ready-made designs and plain products: these go to the printer within minutes of payment, so there is no pause link. Email info@antirecreation.co.uk at once with your order number. If it has not gone to print, we stop it. If it has, we cannot promise.

More than one parcel

Each item is printed where it is made best. So a T-shirt and a framed print can arrive in separate parcels, on different days. You get a tracking email for each parcel.

Damaged or wrong item

Email info@antirecreation.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item and the packaging. We reprint it free, or refund it if you prefer. We tell you when the reprint will arrive.
