Sending a gift?

Protective packaging, with no receipt or invoice inside. Use the recipient's name and delivery address at checkout. Items may arrive in separate parcels.

Made properly

Every card is set by the same typesetter as our prints: the name sized to fit, a long name on two lines, the festive line beneath. The engraving prints in the card's own ink, the holly is painted, and the colour runs to every edge.

  • Their portrait in a holly wreath. A bank-note engraving of their head and shoulders, set in a round window inside a painted wreath of holly and red berries, tied at the foot with a velvet, raffia, lace or sage bow — or none.
  • Drawn from your own photo. Upload a clear photo of their face and we engrave them in the same hand in about twenty seconds. Or choose from forty-two breeds and pets, from the Labrador and the cockapoo to the ginger tabby, the rabbit and the horse.
  • Ten cards, ten envelopes. Folded cards on 300 gsm card, printed on the front and back, blank inside for your own message, each with its own envelope. In the UK that's £1.20 a card for A6 or £1.45 for A5, envelope included. Order more packs for more cards.

If your cards arrive damaged, misprinted or not as you approved them, send us a photo and we reprint them free of charge.

Personalised items cannot be returned because you changed your mind. Your statutory rights still apply if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Questions

Is anything printed inside?
No. The inside is left blank, so you can write each card by hand.
Where do you send them?
To the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Our card packs cannot be sent to the United States or Canada yet.
Are all ten cards the same?
Yes: a pack is ten copies of the card you design. For two different pets, design the second card and add it as another pack.
What photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo of their face, looking towards the camera, with nothing in front of them. We keep only the engraving, never your photo.
