Delivery and returns details

Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 days. Delivery is NZ$11, or free when your order is NZ$100 or more. Available methods and the final delivery cost for your address are shown at checkout before you place the order.

Different products may arrive separately. You will not be charged extra solely because an order is split.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, email us with your order number and photographs where useful. We will help with an appropriate replacement, repair or refund. Your statutory rights remain unchanged.

Standard catalogue designs normally have a 14-day cancellation period after delivery. Prints made with your own names, text or images may be excluded from change-of-mind returns.
