Made properly
Pet certificates are everywhere and most are a clip-art border round a text box. Ours is set by a typesetter that measures every line — the name sized to fit, the dossier's rows with their dotted leaders, the sentence wrapped to the page — with an engraved portrait from our own library, a seal drawn for the household, and the range's lettering, papers and backgrounds. When the record is long, the sheet tightens rather than cuts.
- A certificate of adoption, signed and witnessed. This is to certify that Biscuit, a Cocker Spaniel, was welcomed into the Thompson household on 14 May 2021, and is hereby declared, for the record, a very good boy. The household's seal beneath, a paw at its heart, your signatures either side, and an inked stamp at the head.
- The official record: the whole dossier. Also known as, born, came home, colour, weight, distinguishing marks, loves, known offences, official title — and the status, confirmed. Every row set with dotted leaders like a proper form; a long entry wraps under itself and the record never runs off the sheet.
- Their portrait, engraved. Thirty-two animals from our own engraved library — from the Labrador and the cockapoo to the ginger tabby, the tortoise and the budgie — drawn in the sheet's ink: black on cream and clay, white on midnight. Or leave the portrait off and let the words do it.

- Personalised items cannot be returned because you changed your mind. Your statutory rights still apply if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
- If it arrives wrong
- If your print arrives damaged, misprinted or not as you approved it, send us a photo and we reprint it free of charge.
